About the Job:
We are looking for a Security Supervisor to help support our business. The successful candidate must have a good driving abstract and be able to provide as such.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for overseeing the entire Security Team.
- Scheduling.
- Evaluate and document employees' performance and provide feedback to Skanna Management.
- Reports directly to Client/Skanna Management.
- Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Client/Skanna Management.
- Perform daily audits to ensure Guards and Supervisors are doing their assignments correctly.
- Ensure all security staff is fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plans.
Requirements:
- Must have own vehicle.
- Must be flexible.
- At least 2 years experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent customer service with demonstrated experience.
